Yes, well-behaved pooches are welcome! A nightly $25 cleaning fee (per pet, max 2) will be added to your room total. Did you know, we donate 10% of all pet fees to Mountain Humane?

Why do I have to give you my mobile phone to book a room?
We use text messages to interact with guests. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 208.960.6011 with any questions or requests, and during your stay, you can text us for anything you need, including room service, housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, valet, etc.
What if I don’t want to receive texts?
To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.
Do all those texts cost money?
Your standard text messaging charges will apply to texts with us. We don’t charge anything extra, though.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm, our front desk will notify you via text if your room is ready early. Check-out is at 11am.
How often will my room be cleaned?
We offer limited housekeeping services, provided once every third day of your stay*. If you would like to opt out of our third day housekeeping services, please let the front desk know when you arrive. Fresh towels, fresh linens, trash collection and additional services may be performed upon request.
*The scheduling of room cleaning during a stay may be altered based on guest requirement.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the dates and the rate that you booked. Please check your confirmation e-mail or contact the hotel at 208-471-4716 to confirm your cancellation policy.

When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your entire stay at time of booking or on the day of your cancellation policy expiration, depending on the dates and rate you booked. Discounted rates are often charged at the time of booking. Please contact the hotel at 208-471-4716 to confirm your payment dates. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $25.00 per stay. All outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time before your deposit is taken by calling us at 208.471.4716. After your deposit is taken, a 5% service charge applies to change deposits to cover credit card processing fees.
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
No, we don't offer rollaways. We do have “pack ‘n’ plays” available for small children. Bedding is not provided. Please contact us directly to request. Please note the maximum occupancy for each room.
Can I have a party in my room?
No, but as long as you aren't bothering anyone, we probably won't notice.
Can I smoke in the room?
No, and if you do, we'll slap a $250 cleaning fee onto your room total.
Can I vape in the room?
But vaping is different...
No, it's not.
What about chewing?
That's just gross.
Where can I smoke?
Sorry, our entire property is non-smoking.
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, we do, and it's really fast. We went overboard during installation.
Do you have room service?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, you can call and order from the nearby Barrio 75 when it's open and take it back to your room. For Barrio 75 orders please call 208.913.0458.
Do you have a spa?
We don’t have a spa onsite, but we know talented practitioners who can come to your rooms for massages, hair styling, makeup services, and more. Just email us at email@example.com, call us at 208.471.4716, or text us at 208.960.6011.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, coin-operated machines are located across from the lobby entrance.
Do you offer valet parking?
No, but there is plenty of free, onsite parking in our lot. Please make sure to grab a permit at the Front Desk.
Do you have bike/ski/snowboard storage?
Yes, we have storage for all of your gear in the Gear Garage, located near the Front Desk.
