Under Idaho Stars: Stargazing Experience
In honor of Sun Valley’s designation as a Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve, guests are invited to experience some of the clearest night skies in the country with our curated collection of stargazing essentials. Our on-site telescope is set up by a team member for viewing, while additional gear can be borrowed to enjoy the stars from your own favorite nearby vantage point.

Winter Adventure Gear
Snowshoes available to borrow during the winter season

A resort fee of 6% of the nightly room rate included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: daily hot breakfast service in the Hangout, on-site mountain bike and snowshoe gear for guests to use during stay, access to gear storage garage, stargazing equipment available for guest use, seasonal snowshoe rentals available, coffee and tea service available all day in the lobby, s'mores kits and firepits, fun lawn games, and Wi-Fi.
