Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pooches are welcome! A nightly $25 cleaning fee (per pet, max 2) will be added to your room total. Did you know, we donate 10% of all pet fees to the Animal Shelter of the Wood River Valley?
What about cats?

Why do I have to give you my mobile phone to book a room?
We use text messages to interact with guests. We will text you with arrival info before your stay. You can text us at 208-960-6011 with any questions or requests, and during your stay, you can text us for anything you need, including room service, housekeeping, local recommendations or reservations, valet, etc.
What if I don’t want to receive texts?
To opt out of texting, just reply “Stop” at any time.
Do all those texts cost money?
Your standard text messaging charges will apply to texts with us. We don’t charge anything extra, though.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, to cancel your reservation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 208-471-4716, or text us at 208-960-6011.
Are you going to charge me if I cancel my room?
For peak Winter and Summer stays, you may cancel your reservation without any penalty until 14 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your entire stay, which will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room. In shoulder seasons, you may cancel your reservation without any penalty until 72 hours prior to your check-in date. Cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your entire stay, which will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room.
Can I reserve a block of rooms?

When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your entire stay the day of your cancellation policy expiration, 14 days in peak season and 72 hours in shoulder season. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $25.00 per stay. All other charges made to your room during your stay – including room service, restaurant and bar charges, etc. – will also be charged to this card as the expenses are incurred, and all outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time before your deposit is taken by calling us at 208-471-4716. After your deposit is taken, a 5% service charge applies to change deposits to cover credit card processing fees.
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
No, we don't offer rollaways, but we do have airbeds or cribs available for small children at a $20 nightly rate for select rooms only. Please contact us directly to request. Please note the maximum occupancy for each room.
Can I have a party in my room?
No, but as long as you aren't bothering anyone, we probably won't notice.
Can I smoke in the room?
No, and if you do, we'll slap a $250 cleaning fee onto your room total.
Can I vape in the room?
But vaping is different...

What about chewing?
That's just gross.
Where can I smoke?
Sorry, our entire property is non-smoking.
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, we do, and it's really fast. We went overboard during installation.
Do you have room service?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, you can order from your phone for The Hangout or Sheeptown Coffee, anytime each respective place is open, and take it to your room.
Do you have a spa?
We don’t have a spa onsite, but we know talented practitioners who can come to your rooms for massages, hair styling, makeup services, and more. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 208-471-4716, or text us at 208-960-6011.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, coin-operated machines are located across from the lobby entrance.
Do you offer valet parking?
No, but there is plenty of free, onsite parking in our lot. Please make sure to grab a permit at the Front Desk.
Do you have bike/ski/snowboard storage?
Yes, we have storage for all of your gear in the Gear Garage, located near the Front Desk.
Can I host a meeting or event at Hotel Ketchum?
